The complex geometry of the individual suspension components presents a challenge for the machining process. For safety reasons, any project in this field must guarantee not only quality and precision, but also the highest level of safety of the manufactured parts. Our competences are confirmed by the highest marks obtained during audits.
Since the year 2019, we have been realizing project for processing the front axle bracket for the end customer Audi.
This fully automated production line with a capacity of 500,000 pieces was developed and executed independently by the GPP team.
Gebrueder Peitz Polska has been gaining experience in the production of steering knuckles since 2005. This year, together with Generals Motors, we carried out a project of machining cast iron steering knuckles for Opel Astra III. In 2015, we put into operation a machining line of steering knuckles for KIA and Hyundai vehicles with a capacity of 450,000 pieces per year.
