Quality of Gebrueder Peitz Polska. According to modern statistical measurements Gebrueder Peitz Polska Sp. z o.o. meets the quality standards of one of the most demanding branches of the automotive industry IATF 16949:2016, issued by TÜV NORD CERT for Gebrueder Peitz Polska Sp. z o.o. with a validity date until 27.09.2024.
For us, the quality policy is not only one of the most important documents of the quality management system, but above all a clear direction for the quality of our company. Our priorities are: continuous improvement of customer satisfaction; compliance with the applicable legal requirements; implementation of modern production technologies; improvement of all processes established in the organization; increasing the commitment and qualification of our employees; proper selection, qualification and cooperation with suppliers.
Care for the natural environment in relation to the manufactured products as well as the production process itself is a priority for Gebrueder Peitz Polska Sp. z o.o. We feel particularly obliged to take care of the natural environment at every stage of our activity.
The company was certified in accordance to ISO 14001 in early 2023.
Being aware
of the importance of information security, the GPP Management Board decided to
implement the TISAX System.
At the
beginning of 2024, the Information Security Management System Policy was
published and its elements implemented.

Auf dem Gelände unseres Werkes verfügen wir über eigene moderne Messlabors, die wir von Grund auf selbst aufgebaut haben. Our measurement laboratories are equipped with high-quality control and measurement equipment from leading manufacturers such as Zeiss, DEA, Mitutoyo, Mahr, etc. Thanks to our resources, qualified staff can perform a wide range of measurements, from simple surface measurements to scanning of bore diameters.
With coordinate measuring machines we also monitor the control and measuring equipment used in the plant. The parameters of the manufactured parts are constantly monitored, based on the data stored in the online system, we are able to make decisions on the regulation of the production process.
Programming of coordinate measuring machines is carried out in our factory using Calypso and PC-DMIS programs.
Self-developed measuring programs enable us to check the manufactured parts against the technical documentation.
Będąc świadomym znaczenia bezpieczeństwa informacji, Zarząd GPP zdecydował się na wdrożenie Systemu TISAX. W początkiem roku 2024, opublikowana została Polityka Systemu Zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji a jej elementy wdrożone.
