Gebrueder Peitz Polska also offers assembly of components using various joining techniques. The assembly we offer meets all quality requirements and specifications for the final products.
In 2015, we started up our first production line with an annual capacity of 380,000 pieces, integrating the machining of V6 cylinder crankcases with the assembly of cast cylinder liners. We are still carrying out this project together with our customer, who supplies us with raw castings. The solution developed by our engineers meets the strictest standards and expectations of the Audi end customer.
Since 2012, we have also been engaged in the assembly of components for electric motor housings, which we process. The technology of assembly of such components as water nozzles, cast bushings or threaded inserts was designed and executed by our engineers, and the proposed solution meets the highest requirements of the BMW end customer.
